Our Services

Co-Host Agreement (20% Commission)

The property owner is responsible for providing all necessary furniture and devices, with an estimated cost range of $5,000 to $10,000. The Vacation-Aide team will handle the pick-up, installation, and setup of the home. Once the property is fully prepared, it will be used as corporate housing.

Vacation-Aide will retain 20% of the gross monthly income, with the remaining balance paid to the property owner. A detailed financial report outlining the revenue collected will be provided to the owner each month.

Full Hosting Agreement

Vacation-Aide LLC will rent your property at fair market value for a 3-year term. We will furnish and equip the home with the necessary furniture and devices for use as corporate housing. Vacation-Aide will also be responsible for all maintenance costs up to $200, as well as landscaping services and monthly insect control.
